We offer an innovative way the list and selling properties. Our HomeOffersEZ App and process is completely transparent.  The seller sets with list price as a starting point. Buyers can easily submit offers for the home with our mobile app. The seller always has the final say, accepting, rejecting and negotiating any and all offers.


All offers MUST be submitted through our HomeOffersEZ mobile app. Details for each property are available on the App.


On the HomeOffersEZ mobile app (available on IOS and Android) you will add your buyers, upload their approval documents, and start making offers.  As a Real Estate Buyers Agent, we removed all the paperwork that comes with submitting offers. Paperwork comes once your offer is accepted.

Getting started making offers is easy!

(1) Take your phone out and scan our HomeOffersEZ QR code below, or head to your phone’s app store and install the HomeOffersEZ App.

We recommends Agents use the HomeOffersEZ App for their buyers. If you are not represented by an agent, an investor, or cash buyer, you can use our App to make offers.


(2) Open the HomeOffersEZ App and sign up! Follow the setup instructions.


(3) Create your Buyer Profile for to make offers on properties.


(4) Upload, or email us the Buyers Underwritten Loan Approval or Proof of Funds to us BEFORE being activated to offer. Note that a pre-qualification letter is not acceptable.


(5) Our team will verify your buyer’s funds and manually approve you, allowing you to make offers for the home any time up until the offer period end date and time. You can also email me any other contingencies to go with your offer.


(6) That’s It!  Start making offers. The HomeOffersEZ app will notify you when other offers come in higher than yours so you can decide to counter.


If your buyer’s offer is accepted, you will write up a standard contract, along with all disclosures to buy the property…and the normal real estate process will continue until closing.

Registration and documents are due no later than the Documents Due Date/Time specified on the property details page in the HomeOffersEZ mobile app.

Working with a licensed Real Estate Agent is preferred. Upon winning the offer, a signed contract prepared by a Licensed Agent must be submitted within 24 hours after the winning offer along with the appropriate state disclosure docs and contingencies.


A licensed Real Estate Agent must prepare those documents and initiate the process.


Each property listed on the HomeOffersEZ App will offer different terms, conditions and may have buyers premium, so be sure to research the property and all of the details on the property offer page.

Terms You Should Know

Buyer Premium


What is the “Buyers Premium” – Using the HomeOffersEZ process, the seller may elect to have the buyers commission paid in the form of a “Buyer’s Premium”. Buyer’s Premium is calculated based on the “Final/Highest Offer Price (not the Final Sales Price).


If elected by the seller, the final sales price is calculated in the following manner:


Highest Offer + Agent Compensation = Final Sales Price. 


This is the MOST transparent way for a seller to offer the lowest price on their home and still compensate the real estate agents who conduct and close the transaction.

Property will be available for offers only up to the HomeOffersEZ Offer End Date/Time

Buyers must be approved for offering manually by the seller or seller’s agent.


Sellers reserve the right to accept, negotiate or reject the highest offer.


An offer is a binding agreement and a seller can legally pursue a non-performing offeror.


Be sure to contact us if you have questions on the offer process.


Attention Winning Offeror


If you are the winning offeror: Our sellers agent will contact your agent to discuss your offer to determine the total price the seller will receive. The Highest Offer does NOT mean you have an accepted contract.
